The operational phase is often considered to be the most important in creating real value for the project, considering it must reduce cost and improve monitoring and protection of the assets for maximum production.  This requires a different kind of strategy and a proactive look at asset management as a combined above sea and subsea system to ensure that the limited interfaces remove the cost and risk to the client.

We specialize in planning for the operational phase of a project during the concept design and planning phases. Offshore Consult can develop optimized O&M and remedial work structures taking into consideration technical and commercial project factors to ensure that the client is prepared for all operational eventualities.

Once a project enters operations, we continue to support our customers with ongoing engagement and advice as necessary and can also provide specialised people for deployment in problem solving, specific repairs and maintenance activities, and also emergency response scenarios requiring immediate mobilizations to site.
